Job Description:

The Apple Services Academy is an immersive 12-month entry-level program that commences in September 2023. Based in Mumbai, India, the program offers full-time employment with competitive compensation and personal development support. Although future opportunities within Apple may be available upon completion of the program, they cannot be guaranteed.

• Demonstrated dedication, organization, and strong work ethic
• Preferred educational background in performance marketing, media planning, PR, journalism, social science, complemented by excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• In-depth understanding of the digital landscape
• Technologically savvy, with proven expertise in digital media platforms (video, music, gaming)
• Proficiency in technical skills, including Apps, iOS, macOS, and Keynote
• Highly organized, with the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Proficient in data analysis and proficient in using Numbers/Excel

Description:

• Gain expertise in digital content management systems and processes
• Develop exceptional Keynote presentation and reporting skills
• Provide support to managers and teams in their day-to-day activities
• Assist in analyzing key consumption and sales trends
• Collaborate with designers, programmers, marketers, and product managers to create outstanding user experiences
• Work with cross-functional partners to establish programming strategies for significant business initiatives
• Generate and implement innovative ideas for Apple Video and Music
• Lead the development of a dynamic programming calendar and style guide
• Possess a strong passion and curiosity for apps, technology, media, and entertainment
• Undertake various responsibilities, including daily tasks and long-term project work
• Be a valuable and influential team member, experiencing diverse, rewarding, and challenging tasks on a daily basis
• We prioritize passion and potential over prior work experience

Education & Experience:

• A graduate degree in a related field is advantageous, as this is an entry-level program
• Commitment to completing the entire program (1 year), starting on September 12th, 2023
• This position is based in Mumbai, and candidates must have eligibility to work in India for the duration of the 1-year program.
