Job Description

Research, design, plan, develop, and evaluate new products by translating and documenting customer requirements into final product design.

• Analyze customer needs, identify priorities for new products or services and enhancements. Evaluate market, including competitive analysis and definition of product functionality.
• Create project plans, estimates, and manage the entire project lifecycle.
• Partner with business, technology and UX teams to design a product that will meet the needs of the business with minimal investment.
• Create product roadmap and project plan.
• Organize and facilitate Scrum team meetings including Release and Sprint planning, Daily Standup, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Demo and Retrospectives.
• Support in developing, maintaining, and grooming Product Backlog.
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies, risks, and issues during Sprint execution.
• Provide inputs and clarify business and technical requirements during project and release planning.
• Guide, manage, support on job duties and conduct performance reviews for the direct reportes.
• Utilize JIRA, Confluence wiki, Leankit and Microsoft office tools for product management.
• Lead the team in embracing Test Driven Development and DevOps principles & practices for software development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• 6+ years of Technical Business Analyst or Scrum Master experience with proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Experience in leading teams following SAFe or Agile methodologies using Test Driven development and DevOps principles.
•Background in software development and experience in any of the two software tools like ELK, Kubernetes, Java,Dynatrace, Python, JavaScript etc
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders
