You identify as a nerd/ geek. You love maths and questions starting with How & Why. You devour newspapers and feed on non-fiction books (including ones written by business leaders for inspiration). Every position of responsibility held by you hasn't been a checklist of tasks but a challenge to yourself to beat mediocrity (eg. doubling the budget of your college fests singlehandedly, running for and becoming the general secretary/ treasurer).

You have done engineering and loved the mindset it imparts. But you know that being an engineer (whether a techie or a core engineer) is not your calling. You find your home in building businesses and solving problems. Equally, you know that legendary companies' founders and their key team members had no prior experience and learned it along the way (eg. Flipkart, Reliance, etc.)

After one year with eLitmus, you will have ample freedom to go out and contribute to business building unlike ‘large companies’ where you need to conform to a process and just be equivalent to a worker in a large assembly line. Equally, eLitmus has reached a critical mass in terms of users, which it plans to leverage to enter new business areas. Though a small organization, we have functions covering them all - Account Management, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Technology, Alliances et al.

• Our network and exposure are so deep, that we even started an in-house M&A division! (this is when an M&A deal without an IB involved is unheard of).

We are better than any MBA that you might end up doing otherwise. We are so sure that we are willing to fund it for you!

• We have had a strong pipeline of our alumni going on to do MBAs from top institutes like IIM A/B/C/L/K/I, FMS, and XLRI J.
• After a 4-year stint with eLitmus, alumni will now get an option to get a full-ride scholarship to any of the above institutes or a cash bonus of ₹ 10,00,000.

About your role

Despite our 18+-year-old history, eLitmus still functions like a startup with a flat-org structure (no calling anyone Sir/ Ma'am). As such, roles are fluid and even our tech team sometimes dips into business assignments. You begin your journey at eLitmus with one particular function (Marketing/ Customer Success etc.) and become the master of the domain (end-to-end ownership) in the first couple of years. Post that, you have the freedom to take on varied custom-built roles across functions or take control of new business verticals or wear a generalist multi-role hat. The roles we are currently hiring for are:

• Account Management/ Customer Success: Deep dive into every client's business model and understand their talent needs. Assimilate data from the talent ecosystem, strategize and execute the entire pipeline. Your end goal is to create a win-win for eLitmus and all its partners, and growing accounts & relationships.
• Marketing: eLitmus platform sits in the middle of multiple stakeholders - students & young professionals, companies, government, colleges & universities, etc. Your role will be setting up the digital marketing division from scratch, creating a brand, and setting up the campus ambassador program.
• Operations: With a PAN-India presence and multiple products & services bundled in - eLitmus runs into a huge logistical web. A hardcore maths problem at its core, your role will be to ensure operational excellence, own supply chain management, and smooth delivery.
• B2B Sales: Hunt and farm new B2B clients, deep dive into every client's business model, and understand their talent needs. With a consultative mindset, build a custom comprehensive solution using the legos of multiple eLitmus products & services.

And it doesn't end here - we have many other roles from Campus Sales, Government Business, Gift Card/ Coupon Marketing, etc. We are principally looking for talent who has high initiative, persistence & ownership and believes in getting things done.
