The Domain Support Specialist – L1FM is typically assigned to work with service quality assurance activities in an operations organization.

What you will do
- Responsible for day-to-day operational performance
- Ensuring KPI / SLA Fulfillment related to Network & 1st Level troubleshooting of the events taking place on the network
- To prioritize faults to meet SLA/WLA
- NW faults rectification.
- Backup and Health checkup with agreed frequency.
- Participates in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible
You will bring
- First level service problem restoration in 24*7 shifts.
- To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets with guidance or supervision, when vital.
- Implement the Change Request in stipulated time period.
- To Create WO to FM team when vital.
- Raise TT towards Second level in consultation.
- Perform FIRST level Preventive Maintenance of nodes.
- Support Involved in upgrade/updates of live nodes if required.
- Degree/ Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
- Proven experience in Telecom. Significant part of this experience must be in to Telecom Network
- Technical and/or functional skills: GSM, 4G/LTE and 5G Knowledge, Ericsson GSM / AXE, NOKIA, ZTE & Huawei Systems or products.
