Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in fundamental networking technologies and protocols (e.g., ARP, Ethernet, DHCP, IPSec, GRE, WiFi standards, routing protocols, DNS, RADIUS, 802.1x).
- Experience with C, C++, Go, or Python.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with Local Area Networks (LANs), Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs), and Wide Area Networks (WANs).
- Experience in developing networking products, technologies, software, and protocols.
- Experience with enterprise/carrier-class routers and switches.
- Experience in high volume, high availability network technologies.
- Knowledge of principles and the practice of processes for developing computer software, with the ability to write working and well-structured code.
- Familiarity with Unix systems administration.
