This role involves various supply chain tasks to ensure timely availability of the right products in our stores. You will collaborate with Buyers, Planners, and renowned Brands from Saks U.S and Canada headquarters to transform ideas into exceptional merchandise.

Responsibilities:
- Set up Item Master Data in Saks’ internal systems.
- Create and maintain Purchase Orders using our in-house tools.
- Transmit Purchase Orders to vendors.
- Collaborate with Buying Offices, Planners, and Vendors.
- Establish and document best practices.
- Act as a liaison between US Buying offices, vendors, and the Leadership team.
- Maintain workflow dashboard and report business metrics.
- Perform additional assigned tasks and special projects.
