Profile: Technical troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all requests from the clients are addressed and prioritized in timely manner to reach the SLAs
- Troubleshoot and resolve simple/medium/complex Ad Serving issues through Email and Chat
- Validate Cases categorization, Workflow Adherence
Skill requirement
Technical :
- Basic understanding of HTML, Javascript & CSS
- Knowledge of Technical Troubleshoot
- Strong analytical skills
Communication
- Proficient in English writing and speaking skills
Customer Service
- Should display skills such as empathy, ownership, sincerity when dealing with Customer requirements
- Ability to work with individuals, companies and large clients
- Should will to work in Night Shift
