Job Description

Project Manager will manage the successful delivery of key client projects, ensuring high client satisfaction, on-time, and on-budget delivery of end-to-end creative and omni-channel marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project pricing and plans across the scoping, design, development and production phases of a project to support the successful delivery within set KPI’s.
• Responsibility of all coordination efforts of the production teams, including content providers, creative studios, digital platform developers and a variety of external vendors.
• Deliver successful projects in order to meet or exceed target Client ‘Positive Experience’ targets.
• Demonstrate strong project management, client communication skills, and close collaboration with our customers, suppliers and internal delivery teams.

Minimum requirements

Essential Requirements:

•Graduate in related fields
•Overall 7+ years of industry experience
•Deliver projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring effective collaboration, smooth delivery of services and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
•In Project delivery, demonstrate strong project delivery capability
•Ensure effective collaboration with key areas to enable delivery excellence

Desirable Requirements:

•Experience working in Life Sciences organization
•Pharma experience is of benefit
